Please note that WTW Publishing, LLC does not accept returns or process refunds for orders that have processed, please make sure your order and product details are correct before placing your order. If the product you receive is defective or damaged, please see below for details on reporting issues.

Reporting Issues

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the product’s condition as part of your claim. Our customer support team will contact you to resolve your issue.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order provided it has not yet been processed for shipping:

  • Cancellation Time Frame: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement without any charge. Depending on the product, the time to process the order may vary, and any cancellations after the 2 hour window cannot be guaranteed.
